Shipping Availability

We currently ship puppies within the United States only. Whether you live in a major city or a smaller town, we will work with trusted transport partners to ensure your puppy arrives safely at your location.

Delivery Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

  1. Flight Nanny Service (In-Cabin Travel):
    A professional pet nanny accompanies your puppy on a commercial flight and meets you at your nearest major airport. This is our most recommended and safest option.

  2. Ground Transportation:
    Door-to-door delivery in climate-controlled, pet-safe vehicles by licensed pet transport professionals. Availability depends on your region.

  3. Local Pickup:
    You’re welcome to pick up your puppy directly from us. This option must be scheduled in advance by appointment only.

Shipping Timeframe

We begin arranging shipment once your puppy is ready to leave (typically 8–10 weeks of age), fully weaned, and has passed a vet check.

  • Flight delivery: Typically 1–3 business days, depending on location and flight schedules

  • Ground transport: Usually 3–7 business days, depending on distance

  • Local pickup: As early as the next available appointment

Once shipping is confirmed, we will notify you with the expected delivery date, time, and tracking updates (if available).

🐶 Puppy Travel Care

Every puppy we ship is:

  • Cleared by a licensed veterinarian for travel

  • Provided with a health certificate and vaccination records

  • Delivered with essential items (e.g., food sample, blanket with litter scent, travel crate if needed)

  • Monitored throughout the journey for safety and comfort

 

Delays & Conditions

Shipping may be delayed due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Airline schedule changes

  • Health-related hold on the puppy (e.g., vaccination waiting period)

In such cases, we will promptly reschedule and keep you fully informed.

Responsibility & Guarantee

  • We guarantee safe delivery using trusted and experienced pet transportation partners.

  • Puppies must be picked up on time at the agreed location to avoid unnecessary stress.

  • Buyers are advised to take the puppy for a vet check within 72 hours of arrival to activate the Health Guarantee.
