To provide you with peace of mind, every puppy from our program comes with a comprehensive Health Guarantee.

1-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We guarantee that your Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy is free from any life-threatening genetic or congenital health issues for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If your puppy is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with a hereditary condition that significantly affects their quality of life, we will offer:

  • A replacement puppy of equal value (when available), or

  • A partial refund based on the diagnosis and situation (at our discretion).

Veterinary Health Check

Before going to their forever home, every puppy will:

  • Receive a full health examination from a licensed veterinarian

  • Be up to date on vaccinations and deworming

  • Come with a health certificate

We advise that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup or delivery to confirm their health and activate this guarantee.

Buyer Responsibilities

To keep this guarantee valid:

  • The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

  • The puppy must be kept up to date on vaccinations, deworming, and regular vet care.

  • The puppy must not be neglected, mistreated, or exposed to dangerous or unsanitary living conditions.

What is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Minor, non-life-threatening conditions (e.g., parasites, ear infections, mild diarrhea due to stress, etc.)

  • Health issues caused by neglect, accidents, or lack of proper care

  • Illnesses caused by exposure to other pets or environments after leaving our care
